I think Fashion Wanderer’s biggest weakness is the fact that is it a new brand delving into an industry that it very cutting. The fashion industry is an extremely opinionated industry and if the brand is not accepted into it, it will fail. It needs to be able to build up a strong and trustworthy customer base that will return and talk about this business, without the networking the business will not work and this will be its biggest weakness. One of Fashion Wanderers strengths is its Unique Selling Point – combines retail, designers, news and bloggers. The combination of all these sectors means that it gives the brand substance, there is so much content that it allows the target customer to be stretched. Not only is the website and magazine for students but its for those who want to learn about the fashion industry, keep up to dated with retail news, buy the newest clothes or keep up with their favourite designer. I believe this Fashion Wanderers biggest strength as it is what builds the brand, without this combination the brand would have no substance.

Another one of Fashion Wanderer’s strengths is the subscription service. This subscription service is a strength as it means the company can make money and have loyal customers. Without the subscription service it would be hard
