Store : The Galilean Location : Leesville , LA Date : Every Tuesday this fall
The Galilean is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays ; however , they will be hosting a sale event on Facebook Live every Tuesday from 6 P . M . – 8 P . M . During the sale , customers can see products that are deeply discounted , such as a $ 29.99 gift item on sale for $ 5 . A staff member will record the customers ’ comments , and the first customer to comment will win the sale item . On Wednesday , a staff member will call the winners and take their credit card information over the phone . Winners can pick up the item during normal business hours on Wednesday ; however , if they do not come in or pay for the product , the item goes to the next person who commented . They will also have a drawing every 20 minutes during the Facebook Live Sale . Customers must comment with an emoji that corresponds to the product giveaway . A winner is selected using a random number generator . The event is promoted with reminders in store and with teasers on Facebook leading right up to the start of the sale . Owner Tami Sarver said it generates a lot of excitement .

Store : The New Covenant Christian Bookstore Location : Shelbyville , TN Date : One weekend only
The New Covenant Christian Bookstore will begin their Moonlight Gladness Sale after store hours on a select Thursday in October . The store will be closing at 5 P . M . and then re-open from 6 P . M . – 8 P . M . Customers can enjoy storewide savings , special purchases , mystery bags , hot wassail and other tempting treats . The first 50 customers will receive a $ 5 gift certificate ( one per household ). The sale will continue during normal business hours on Friday and Saturday . The first 25 customers on Friday and Saturday will receive a $ 5 gift certificate ( one per household ). All customers can register to win one of three shopping sprees , up to $ 200 . Winners will be selected on Saturday at store closing and notified by phone . Owners Dennis and Andrea Lovvorn said customers love this event because it ’ s a great way to kick off their Christmas shopping .
