“ We want to be proactive on all fronts,” notes Dawid,“ So we are constantly improving our internal and external processes to always remain on the cutting edge. To succeed in public works, you must stop thinking like an operator and start thinking like a business owner. You need to build a team, leverage expertise, and delegate. You won’ t grow by doing everything yourself.”
He also champions early adoption of technology.“ AI has been huge for us. Tools like ChatGPT help us write proposals, draft SOPs, and communicate with agencies. It’ s the best first assistant you can get.”
He also attributes his success to personal habits: daily meditation, clear vision, and building internal SOPs so new hires can onboard independently.“ Success is about systems, clarity, and continuous growth.”
Recognized at the Highest Level go unnoticed. In 2024, during a public conversation on entrepreneurship and breakthrough growth, Tony Robbins recognized Dawid’ s efforts in front of a global audience, a video of which is available online. The acknowledgment came as part of a segment on early adopters of strategic business transformation— highlighting Dawid’ s ability to secure public contracts in record time after arriving in Los Angeles.
