WHAT TO SEE
Wander around Artà and visit the medieval fortress and Sant Salvador church, the Church of the Transfiguration, and the Carrer de Ciutat pedestrianised street with its cafés, restaurants and craft shops. Head into the countryside to really get a feel for the region, or spend an afternoon swimming in one of the clear rocky bays. The following sights are also worth visiting;
