Travursity Travel Showcase is pleased to offer full audio/video for every travel vendor and/or supplier. We feel this provides an optimal medium to engage and truly immerse the travel agents into your destinations, products and brand.
To make the most of the event’s time and schedule; we ask that a few procedures be understood and followed.
● All media presentations must be submitted via email at least one (1) week prior to the event date to vince@travursity.com. Gmail or www.wetransfer.com works best if your file is large.
● Due to the uncertainty and instability of the venue's internet wifi, we ask all presentations be in file format, such as Power Point and does not rely on live streaming or internet access*.
● Presentations should be in 16:9 aspect ratio and any videos must be fully embedded.
● All presentations will be a minimum of 12 minutes. Please factor 1 or 2 slides per minute and refrain from presentations over 30 slides to maximize efficiency and reduce information overload.
● All submitted presentations will be preloaded with introductory slides on master system or computer prior to the event, and order of supplier presentations will be predetermined by Travursity, LLC with regards to number of suppliers participating, length of presentations, and presentation format.
● Travursity, LLC will consider all requests for presentation order placement on a case by case basis.
● Presentations not submitted within the requested time frame or large files may be edited or adjusted to meet the events time constraints.
● Presentation time will be managed and conveyed. Please respect the time allotted and wrap up when given the signal.
● Any questions regarding content and format should be forwarded to Travursity, LLC prior to each event.
