Important Shipping Info
Travursity highly recommends all marketing materials and any show materials such as pop-ups, table dressings, etc. to be brought to the event in person. Any materials shipped to the event venue is solely at the risk of the exhibitor.
Travursity, LLC does not provide shipping nor accept materials collect and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the travel supplier.
Shipping of marketing materials should not arrive more than 2 days before the event.
Travursity, LLC highly recommends personally bringing all marketing materials and assumes no responsibility for lost, redirected or missing packages either during shipping or after delivery. Please insure all packages and use trackable shipping methods to confirm receipt and delivery.
If you do ship materials, please make sure to address each box to the event venue using the preferred shipping method of your choice, prepaid, and mark each package clearly with the following information:

We understand that the relationships that are created and fostered through these kinds of events are invaluable to both the suppliers and agents; the investment in time and effort is greatly appreciated.
We request all suppliers to provide a prize or giveaway at each event.
