FAQ’s ~ Important Notes
● Communication is the single most important component to make Travursity Travel Showcase successful. We welcome and encourage all formats of communication from our suppliers, agents and event hosts. We feel that if we maintain an open and timely dialog; we will be able to maximize everyone’s efforts resulting in a positive experience!
● Please contact us for any reason pertaining to our events. Cancellations, delays or any complications that may affect participation needs to be relayed to Travursity, LLC. No-shows accept full responsibility of forfeited expenses and registration costs.
● All electronic media must be emailed to Travursity, LLC at least one week prior to the event to verify content and compatibility. We want each event to proceed smoothly and having the presentations preloaded will minimize delays of the events schedule. Travursity, LLC does not recommend nor guarantee internet access or availability and highly suggests all media be submitted in file form.
