ituated on the waterfront of Yas Bay , Etihad Arena is the Middle East ’ s largest multi purpose indoor arena and is considered to be the UAE ’ s latest landmark of entertainment .
As Etihad Arena is just seven minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport and 45 minutes from the centre of Dubai , the event space is perfectly located for welcoming both local and international delegates .
The arena ’ s large and spacious capacity allows it to host 500 to 18,000 delegates at a variety of events , from large-scale international concerts to sporting , corporate and community events .

Alternatively , event organisers can opt for the Etihad Arena Grand Ballroom which has extensive views across Yas Bay . The ballroom has 1,188 sqm of event space and can hold 750 delegates in a banquet style , 1,416 in a reception style and 1,584 in a theatre style .
The arena also offers premium offerings , including a VIP lounge that can be transformed into a grand ballroom , hospitality boxes and terrace bars .
Most importantly , the arena is built with sustainability in mind . For example , Etihad Arena has various shading features and uses natural daylight alongside energy panels . Its sustainability efforts have led to the arena winning the Sustainable Building Design of the Year at the MENA Green Buildings Awards in 2018 .
