Messe Essen ? Opened in late 2019 , Messe Essen is one of the most modern exhibition centres in Germany . This year , we ’ ve focused on our progress to become a carbonneutral venue with energy-saving measures such as changing lighting to LED , using green electricity , and installing photovoltaic films on appropriate walls and roofs of the venue .
Why is Messe Essen a leading events venue and what differentiates it from others in Germany ? Being located in the Rhine-Ruhr area , a metropolitan region in the heart of Europe , means we ’ re in direct reach of five million people . What trends do you see shaping the future of exhibitions and events at Messe Essen ? What we know is that pure product showcasing and knowledge transfer are outdated . Attending an exhibition or a congress now has to be an inspiring escape from everyday working life – especially with B2B exhibitions .
