F always take centre stage , but it plays a critical role in shaping the success of an event . Young Germany-based company , Messeboden Koch has quickly become a key player in this space and , in collaboration with its British partner MJs Event Services Ltd ., the company is navigating the challenges while attempting to set benchmarks for adaptability , sustainability and innovation .
The path to establishing a foothold in the competitive exhibition sector was far from straightforward for Messeboden Koch . Founder Lukas Koch reflects on the early challenges : “ Our biggest challenge initially was earning the trust of clients

However , by maintaining strong relationships with some of the best teams in Germany and leveraging the trust of MJs Event Services Ltd ., we were able to overcome these hurdles and deliver on every project .” The company ’ s resilience was tested during the CPHI in Milan , a project requiring the installation of over 130,000sqm of gang carpet . Co-founder Daniel Makarov shares : “ We were relying on a new team in Milan , but they didn ’ t show up . It was a logistical nightmare . Together with our own teams and MJs Event Services Ltd ., we worked 58 hours nonstop to ensure the project was completed on time . That experience reinforced our commitment to adaptability and collaboration .”
Adaptability is a recurring theme for the team . Nico Pütz , a team member , recalls :
