The 50-bed hospital offers physical, occupational and speech therapy using innovative technologies and advanced therapies.
“ We offer customized treatment plans with coordinated care teams, including three hours of therapy five days per week, 24-hour nursing care and frequent physician visits, to include needed specialty providers,” said Parker.“ Patients will be able to receive needed dialysis services on-site when they come for their rehabilitation services.
