The Flagler County Cultural Council( FC3) serves as the driving force behind arts, history, culture and creative collaboration throughout the community. Designated by the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners as the county’ s official local arts agency, FC3 works to elevate Flagler’ s rich artistic identity while expanding opportunities for residents, students, creators and cultural organizations.

Who We Are
FC3 is guided by a dedicated board of directors committed to strengthening the county’ s cultural landscape. The board includes Chair Danielle Anderson; Vice Chair Denise Garcia; Treasurer Julia Truilo, Immediate Past Chair Nancy Crouch; Jay Scherr; Greg
Feldman; Lawson Glasergreen; Kathy Wilcox; and Flagler County Board of County Commission appointees Commissioner Pam Richardson and Commissioner Leann Pennington( alternate). Additional appointees include Vice Mayor Theresa Pontieri from the City of Palm Coast, Mayor Catherine Robinson from the City of Bunnell and Mayor Patti King representing the City of Flagler Beach.
As the county’ s designated Local Arts Agency, FC3 receives funding from the State of Florida Specialty License Plate Program, which directly supports arts initiatives across Flagler. The organization also maintains a comprehensive online calendar of events— FlaglerArtsAndCulture. org— encouraging all local creators and organizations to submit and promote their events.
