Food preservation:

Food preservation is the oldest method of saving food which almost all human beings around the world use. There are many ways of preservation, such as refrigeration, freezing, carbonation and fermentation. In some cases, methods of preservation can damage the enzymes placed in food such as the heating method. Refrigeration and freezing are the most common ways of preservation used among people. The refrigeration process slower the bacteria while going through food, while freezing process prevents the bacteria from moving. On the other hand, carbonation is the process in which carbon dioxide is

dissolved into water and by removing oxygen; carbonated water prevents the bacteria from growing. People should know more about ways of preserving food in order for them to recognize how to keep their food safe.
