Editing
For the editing stage of our music video, we used a software called Premiere Pro CC 2015. This was a very helpful and simple programme to use. We had a vision of what we intended the music video to look like and it started to piece together when we started using Premiere Pro CC. There are several different tabs on Premiere Pro which allows different edits to be added to the music video. One of the most important tools to use is the razor tool. This allows us to cut any video down to whatever time we require so it fits in to place in the music video, especially when we wanted to edit the video in time to the beat of the song. This idea coincides with Goodwin's convention theory of having a relationship between the music and visuals. The razor tool helped us to use this theory. It also allows us to cut out any bloopers such as accidentally looking at the camera, the beginning and end of the clip and any mistakes regarding incorrect lip syncs.
