Buckwheat pancake
This traditional salted pancake
from the west of France, consists
in a crispy buckwheat pancakes
garnished on your demand
Ingredients:
-2L water
-1Kg Buckwheat flour
-20g salt
-1 coffee spoon of honey
Recipe :
Add the buckwheat flour and pour 1L of water little by little and mix. Add
honey and salt, to finish let it rest for 6h and after add 1L of water and mix.
Cooking and garnishing the pancake:
Pour 1 soup scoop of dough into a flat pan or Bilig, let it fige and flip it over to
cook on the other side.
For the burger pancake: To start add an egg and grated cheese, add potatoes,
onions, beef steak, bacon and salad
