Gâteaux au yaourt The yogurt cake is a French spongy cake, soft and sweet, perfect for an afternoon tea break. Ingredients: ● 2 eggs ● 2 cups of sugar ● 1 yogurt ● 3 cups of flour ● 1/2 baking powder packet ● 1/2 cup of oil or melted butter ● 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar 
 The making 
 For the preparation mix the eggs and sugar, add the yogurt flour and baking powder and vanilla sugar, add the oil and baking powder, mix well. Then butter the mold and sprinkle flour, put in the oven at 180C° for 30min. 17
