Quiche Lorraine
This French dish can be eaten as a starter or main
course, it’s a tender and soft salted tart garnished
with a rich flan with dices of bacon and it is
served with a fresh salad
For 8 people
Ingrédients :
- 400 g shortcrust pastry
- 400 g bacon dices
- 60 g butter
- 6 eggs
- 40 cl of fresh cream
- 40 cl of milk
- Muscade , salt , pepper

Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Roll out the dough in a mould
prick it with a fork
Sprinkle with butter shavings.
Sweat the bacon dices in a frying pan.
Beat the eggs, cream and milk
Add the bacon
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
Pour over the dough
Cook 45 to 50 min
