Chocolate sauce for Profiteroles
Today I am going to prepare a chocolate sauce
in front of you to coat the profiteroles prepared
in advance by the chef, the cream brings
unctuosity to the sauce which gives a sweet
touch to the dessert.
Ingredients:
-200g chocolate
-25g butter
-25cl liquid cream
-Few almond
Materials:
-copperpan
-stove
-2 tang
-sauceboat
Steps:
1 : Melt the chocolate
2: Add the butter
3: Mixed the preparation
4: Add the liquid cream
5: mixed all the preparation and served in the sauceboat
