Quatre quart
The French cake, Quatre quart is a
spongy cake with ¼ of each ingredients.
It’s a simple cake it comes from
Bretagne in France.
It can be accompanied by vanilla ice
cream. It’s perfect for an afternoon tea
break
Ingrédients :
· Flour : 150g
· salted Butter : 150g
· Sugar : 150g
· Egg : 3
· ½ Baking soda packet
The making:
Mix the eggs and sugar, add the flour with baking soda and the melted
butter
Pour the dough in a rectangular high mould and cook for 30mn at 180°C
