Trishka This dessert from Korca is a sweet and spongy cake soaked with a syrup and topped with roasted nuts or hazelnuts. Ingredients 5 eggs 600 gr sugar 5 coffee cups of sugar 600 ml water 5 coffe cups of oil 5 coffee cups of flour 1 ts baking soda 10 nuts 1 cup yogurt Prescription Stir the eggs and sugar in a mixer. Add in the same yogurt and the oil. Add in the flour and baking soda and mix them together with the wooden spoon. Add in the flour until the mix hardens. Put the mix in a baking pan and put it in the oven, after you have added the nuts on the top, Bake it for 30-40 min for 180 degree. As soon as take it out , throw in the sirup. and the team... 11
