Our compact Laser 3 Plus series empowers your applications with precise, real-time gas analysis that enhances your process efficiency, helps you comply with environmental regulations, and reduces your maintenance costs.
Built around our advanced Tunable Diode Laser( TDL) technology, it delivers a fast, continuous, and highly stable in-situ measurement, while avoiding optical cross-interference from other gases – even in challenging industrial environments.
We offer three versions, configured for optimum performance in combustion, process control and ammonia slip applications.
Laser 3 Plus Combustion
Monitors oxygen or carbon monoxide, for advanced combustion control and efficiency, or a combined carbon monoxide and methane measurement for real-time safety monitoring during both start-up and normal operation of the combustion process.
Laser 3 Plus Process
Ideal for monitoring oxygen in multiple gas backgrounds and in sample temperatures up to 500 ° C, it is designed for safety and process control applications in the hydrocarbon processing and power generation sectors.
Laser 3 Plus Environmental
Delivers accurate parts-per-million measurements of ammonia for ammonia slip measurements in NOx reduction systems, even in hot, high-dust conditions. It also meets all uptime and performance requirements for reliable CEMS monitoring of ammonia as a precursor to harmful particulates, as part of US EPA PS18 standards.
