Staff Equality Profile 2013-14
The right people, with the right skills, in the right place
A key focus of the College is to recruit and retain highly skilled staff to enable students to flourish
in excellent learning environments. In order to achieve this it is important that the College’s
staff are reflective of the wider communities served. This will help to ensure the leadership,
organisational flexibility and personal capacities to deliver improved services, greater efficiencies
and remain focussed on the student. The Human Resources and Organisational Wellbeing
Directorate continues to use information from the staff equality profile to inform and review
operational and strategic planning.
In the period of time since the merger in August 2013, the College has continued to work on data
collection and monitoring in relation to the protected characteristics.
