Sustainability
Craydel Group own and operate 300 MW of Wind Power in Ireland and
have a further 100 MW under construction. Upon commissioning, it is
envisaged that EPark can be powered from 100% renewable sources.
All of the proposed data centres are to be constructed to the
highest possible standards to ensure that they achieve a high LEED
certification. This will be achieved by having a holistic approach to the
lifecycle of the building from the procurement stage through design,
construction and operation of the centre ensuring a sustainable and
efficient development.
Climatic conditions support a range of free air cooling solutions to suit
specific occupier requirements.
Flexibility
The Developers are willing to consider a variety of options including:
• Leasing or Selling
• Joint Venture with Operator
• Occupying in phases • Right of first refusal on additional space
