Cork City and 15 minutes from Cork International Airport.

60 MW grid connection from adjoining 110 kV Castleview Substation, which is dual fed from two different 110

Speed to market – with 60 MW of power secured and planning permission submitted, the developers can the
deliver the substation and shell and core buildings within 12 months.
ARUP have been commissioned to carry out a full due diligence report on the site and have confirmed its
suitability as a location for data centres. Full report available upon request.
The developers can construct buildings to shell and core or to client specification. Alternatively they can deliver
a fully serviced site with power to suit occupier requirements.
