Have you always wanted to learn how to make shelf stable
foods or preserve those farm fresh foods you got from
a farm share or the market? This class will focus on all
those points and some techniques with doing this so that
you can be successful at home. We will also focus on adding
different flavor components so all it could be as easy
as open and enjoy! This is a hands-on cooking course.
Masks or coverings may or may not be necessary depending
on current regulations. Gloves will be provided.
THAI CUISINE

Experience Thailand at its finest. We’ll cook our way
through a tantalizing menu that explores the taste profiles
of Thai foods including spicy fish cakes, pineapple fried
rice, Thai chili beef, mussels with garlic and basil and
even deep-fried banana fritters! We’re making a lot to
take home and share so don’t forget that Tupperware.

Looking to learn the basics to making cakes from scratch?
In this class we’ll explore the techniques for making a
variety of different cakes with frostings or glaze to step
back from the traditional box recipe. From cupcakes to
pound cake to a basic layered cake. We’re making a lot
to take home and share so don’t forget that Tupperware.

SPANISH TAPAS

Tapas are bitesize appetizers served in Spain that are
extraordinarily delicious and elegant. This class focuses
on the tasteful dainty appetizer that can be served during
the holidays like shrimp romesco, fried paella with sherry
glaze, tortilla trio, tartlets, empanadas and meatballs with
gazpacho. We’re making a lot to take home and share
so don’t forget that Tupperware. This is a hands-on

Learn the elements to make any type of pho and ramen
to warm your soul during the cold harsh months so you
can boost your immune system. In this class we’ll explore
the fresh gluten free style soup of pho using bone broth
and different fresh ramen recipes that focus on different
umami components and protein like shellfish, chicken
and beef. We’re making a lot to take home and share
so don’t forget that Tupperware. This is a hands-on
cooking course. Masks or coverings may or may not be

be provided.

and relatives. We need to make a variety and a lot and
don’t have a lot of time. This class will help you get that
checked off the list before Santa comes to town. We’ll be
making sugar cookies, truffles, pecan sandies, thumbprint
cookies, peanut blossom cookies, woopie pies, crinkles
and even French macaroons! We’re making a lot to take
home and share so don’t forget that Tupperware. This
is a hands-on cooking course. Masks or coverings may or
may not be necessary depending on current regulations.
