Class begins January 28 Intermediate Tai Chi Class will teach the Classical Yang Style Tai Chi Long Form 118 to further understand the essentials of Tai Chi benefits , theory and practice . This class is open to anyone that has previously learned Tai Chi and would like to continue to work on cultivating internal energy , better balance , breathing technique and posture coordination .
