• Everyone in our stores must BE TRAINED on the EMS Rewards
Program.

Store Managers and Store Management Teams are expected to
actively DRIVE THE SUCCESS of EMS Rewards in their store.
WELCOME YOUR CUSTOMERS
• You should INVITE your Customers to join the rewards program,
don’t just ask them to sign up.
•
Customers should never feel pressured to join the program, but
we do need to seek to OVERCOME THEIR OBJECTIONS.
•
Educate your customers – THEY’LL SAY YES!
GET GOOD DATA
• We must collect QUALITY DATA. All data entering EMS Rewards
must be accurate. Intentionally falsifying EMS Rewards data will
result in termination.
•
All staff should seek to VERIFY AND UPDATE all existing records
