What are the EXPECTATIONS? BE EXPERTS • Everyone in our stores must BE TRAINED on the EMS Rewards Program. • Store Managers and Store Management Teams are expected to actively DRIVE THE SUCCESS of EMS Rewards in their store. WELCOME YOUR CUSTOMERS • You should INVITE your Customers to join the rewards program, don’t just ask them to sign up. • Customers should never feel pressured to join the program, but we do need to seek to OVERCOME THEIR OBJECTIONS. • Educate your customers – THEY’LL SAY YES! GET GOOD DATA • We must collect QUALITY DATA. All data entering EMS Rewards must be accurate. Intentionally falsifying EMS Rewards data will result in termination. • All staff should seek to VERIFY AND UPDATE all existing records B-7
