Each Committee discuss and negotiate to obtain a final common draft
to present to the Council of European Union ( TEACHERS)
Each Committee develop and play a scene , with DiE and Forum theater
techniques, interpreting possible results of their proposal
adversaries to the draft proposal had to act their opposite commentaries
in the final plenary session draft proposals are voted

they are called to interpret and play roles
