Brokenness: a Precursor to Restoration

When the Lord restores, He does not take you back where you originally fell from. He restores you to a higher level. In so doing He places the best in your life to see you through. You see Hananiah a faithful, God-fearing man was entrusted with the governing of God’s people (Nehemiah 7:2). Although the details of his assignment wasn’t disclosed, but I bet you he stood high in that palace and made sure Israel and Judah received all that God had for them. Hananiah was a man that was yielded and controlled by God almighty Himself. He was the ruler over Jerusalem and ruled by God. John 14:26-29, NLT

(And remember that those who do not
