NAPHTALI

If you read the article in the last issue March/April 2017, I hope you were convicted by the Word of the Lord that nothing can separate His love from you. He loves you dearly and no matter what you said, did or that which someone did to you can separate you from Him.

For I am convinced [and continue to be convinced—beyond any doubt] that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present and threatening, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the [unlimited] love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:38-39 (AMP)

It is by your decision that you can and remain in relationship with Him. If you have not done so, turn over to “The Bench,” and read that prayer out loud with your whole heart. Giving my life to Christ was the best and most wise decision in my life. I was a mess and sometimes felt as though I’m still a mess, but God takes my mess and transformed me and my life. I had plenty of “do-overs,” as a young disciple as His Spirit did His sanctifying work in me. This is just a part of a growing relationship. If you said that prayer, then you became a part of a divine family. You have a Father who is a King. You are His.

And if [we are His] children, [then we are His] heirs also: heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ [sharing His spiritual blessing and inheritance], if indeed we share in His suffering so that we may also share in His glory.

Romans 8:17 (AMP)

Your past has been removed by the blood of Jesus. Therefore, it should not hinder your present or future plans. Your plans are the plans of the Father; therefore you should not be consumed with what happened in the past, but with great hope expect an abundant future.

For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster to give you a future and a hope.  Then you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you. 13 Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

Jeremiah 29:11-13 (AMP)

Jesus has taken your guilt plea in your steed, therefore you are the righteousness of God. The Father looks upon you and sees a righteous son or daughter, not a sinner.
