The Student Housing complex on the Melbourne Campus was full for the second straight year , signaling the popularity of students living on-campus .
• 90 students lived in the complex , adhering to strict COVID protocols to protect their health .
• 50 students were also on a waiting list .
• The complex has exceeded expectations on occupancy and generating revenue .
• The success of the complex is leading the college to begin preliminary plans to construct another housing unit .
