Limited has been providing products to clients but in the recent past have faced the challenge of losing consumers. A lot of consumers have left the company claiming that the products that are being produced are of low quality and do not meet the standards the customers want. This is due to the lack of information that the management needs to know what exactly to produce and where to improve. If the business was in a position to know what the customers wanted most and what they disliked, they would have acted upon it to avoid losing the clients.
