Part II : Project 2.0 ABSTRACT Business activities have been done , but in some situations , there are no improvements whatsoever . Doing a business which can fetch the feedback from the clients is the best situation any business can be in . The Digital company has been in operation for seven years but has never improved some services they offer to the clients . Some clients are heard complaining , but the management does not get the information . This , therefore , calls for the need to have a system that will ensure an interaction between the clients and the management to help solve the existing business problem . The interaction will bring up views by the clients on how they want the business to serve them . Customers need a system that will help them do shopping wherever they are . There is no need of visiting the premises if they can be able to order their products and have them delivered at their convenience .
