Part II: Project 2.0 ABSTRACT Business activities have been done, but in some situations, there are no improvements whatsoever. Doing a business which can fetch the feedback from the clients is the best situation any business can be in. The Digital company has been in operation for seven years but has never improved some services they offer to the clients. Some clients are heard complaining, but the management does not get the information. This, therefore, calls for the need to have a system that will ensure an interaction between the clients and the management to help solve the existing business problem. The interaction will bring up views by the clients on how they want the business to serve them. Customers need a system that will help them do shopping wherever they are. There is no need of visiting the premises if they can be able to order their products and have them delivered at their convenience. The system is therefore designed to favor both the management and the clients. 1.1 Brief Company Background Digital Electronics and Accessories Limited is a company that was started seven years ago with only one branch. When it started the business had very few employees but has now been able to employ more than one hundred workers. It‘ s a company that deals with electronics and computer accessories whereby customers come to buy them from the different premises.
