LETTER FROM THE CLUB MANAGER
The F&B side of the operation is headed in a positive direction. Last month, we were able to get the Beverage
Cart back in action on the Golf Course, and began limited Dine-in service. We are happy to see some familiar
faces back on the team. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation & support during the last couple of months.
Looking ahead, we will be continuing to expand our hours of operation and service levels as the mandates allow
& consumer demand increases.
Due to the COVID pandemic, there is a shortage of Beef & Pork throughout the US right now. We are seeing
a significant price increase on these items, and in some cases our vendors are struggling to supply these items.
On some of our menu items, you may see a price increase on specific items. We are hoping that this will just be
temporary until the pricing gets back to normal.
In the coming weeks, we will be launching a “NEW” lunch menu. Chef Sam & I are in the process of working
through the details. If you have any input or ideas, please reach out!
