Requirement: There is no evidence of water damage from current water intrusion or mold on interior drywall. Ceilings are not sagging and drywall is not bulging. ? Landscape: – – Requirement: No tree trunk or limbs should be within two feet of touching the home or pose danger to the home due to excessive root intrusion or proximity of structurally sound or unsound limbs.
