INTENT To improve the efficiency of HVAC, domestic water heating system, lighting controls, and alternative energy systems and optimizing systems. To confirm these systems are optimized by verifying that controls, equipment, and systems are operating as intended through predictable and repeatable results.

CONDUCT GREEN PHYSICAL NEEDS/PROPERTY CONDITIONS ASSESSMENT
CRITERIA FOR QUALIFICATION Note: This measure applies to multifamily projects only. One and half points of credit are available for evaluating the property for highest priority repairs and opportunities to incorporate green measures into the retrofit scope over time. Identify the plan for green replacement of building components and incorporate the plan into the reserves budget. Property development staff shall be furnished with a Green PNA or Green PCA for the property. The Green PNA or Green PCA includes the following information at a minimum: ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Property assessment (photos and narrative) Rehab recommendations, including green features Budget (immediate needs) Capital needs summary Replacement reserve analysis (needs over time) Cost-benefit analysis including green features Rebates and incentives for green features
