Design Considerations

Documentation: The Rater will collect a PNA/PCA that meets the criteria, and an Accountability Form stating that the report will be made available to property development staff. The Rater also has the option of completing the Green PNA/PCA. INTENT To conserve energy and resources in future upgrades by identifying opportunities for repairs/upgrades and a plan to incorporate green measures into a retrofit scope over time.
