Verify the system is balanced by assessing the distribution system for consistency and/or comfort. Using the SoO, test the components, equipment, systems, and integrated systems (in this order) to verify operations are working as expected. All tests are to be documented by writing out expected results, listing the procedure, initial settings, modifications or imposed configurations, and the anticipated response. Note: Measures P1.1 and are prerequisites for this measure: Create a plan for remediation of deficient areas based on the assessment created in measure P1.2. Create a system manual that includes equipment warranties, operations manuals for all systems, findings made during testing, the Sequence of Operations, and the maintenance schedule. Information gathered for this manual should be combined with the information required for the O&M manual described in measure O3.2, “Provide O&M Manual and Orientation to Building Maintenance Staff (Required)”. Provide training for building operators on how to properly operate and maintain the particular systems in their building. All trainings must be delivered by the consultants, vendors, and/or contractors involved in the existing building commissioning. Training should be done at the end of the existing building commissioning process and shall include a review of the remediation plan, the systems manual, improvements made to the system, and the controls.
