reared, grass-fed, organic Aberdeen Angus
beef. Animals are born and reared on the family-
run organic farm, living in rolling fields. Meat is
hung on the bone at the correct temperature for
around 24 days, enhancing the flavour and allowing
the enzymes to break down, resulting in a tender

marketable products. It now buys
from over 20 shoots in Dorset and
supplies game and many innovative
products to local butchers, pubs and
restaurants including their own shop;
Dorset Larder in Blandford. Their
catering van can also be found at
many local events serving burgers
and sausages.
