THE BLUE LINE
Horizontal and vertical lines that do not make a
90-degree turn should follow these specifications.
VERTICAL LINES
The line ranges with the top or bottom of the text,
ensuring that it runs across the vertical height of
the text. It should be a horizontal distance from
the text equal to twice the cap height, 2C (where
āCā is the cap height).
HORIZONTAL LINES
The line stops a distance from the text equal
to twice the cap height, 2C. It is ranged with
the baseline of the first line of the text.

must not come from the top of the page. Inside
literature the blue line can come from the most
suitable point.
