Recently the Community Education Provider Network (CEPN) for North West London was granted funding to develop educational materials which clarify the processes involved in preventing and managing pressure ulcers. The CEPN very much want to involve carers and people who need care and support in developing these materials. They are holding a focus group to look at how people currently access information and to establish any overlap or gaps in service that might be increasing people’s risk of developing a pressure ulcer.
