The Vitamix is the mother of all blenders. Although rather pricey, it is totally worth it. Use the Vitamix for smoothies, juices, milks, nut butters, dips,

spreads, soups, frozen

desserts, dressings,

batters, flours,

puree's and

doughs.

The Magimix Food Processor is an affordable, powerful machine. Such a good product with the following uses: grating, slicing, meat,

blending, whizzing up milkshakes, emulsifying sauces, kneading brioche, dough or pastry, whipping cream or

whisking egg whites.

There are a variation of types of juicers. The two featured here are the Bosch centrifugal and the Omega Masticating.

A centrifugal juicer spins at high speeds and during the spinning motion, the vegetables that you have shoved down the chute are ground to a pulp. The spinning motion then forces the juice away from the pulp. The juice then pours into a bowl.

A masticating juicer grinds vegetables and literally squishes out the juice. Since a masticating juicer works at low speeds and with no spinning action,

it tends to juice many vegetables more efficiently.
