The mind! What a complex entity. Continuously moving, continuous thoughts, continuous motion, continuous chemical reactions sparking wisdom and inspiration. You'd think it'd be exhausted by the end of one day, yet it carries on.
What fuels the mind? Encourages it to move forward like a rippling river, flowing rapidly through a stream of thoughts. What makes us feel switched on? Makes us feel like things are happening and our brains are functioning.
Well, the power of the mind is amazing, and
there are so many factors that influence the funtioning of it.
From daily thought patterns, to the food we eat, to the movements our bodies make.
So many of these factors have an influence
on our thoughts and thus our actions.
I believe living a life you love begins with the first step on how to fuel your mind – how you energise, nourish, pleasure and feed it.
By introducing daily affirmations into your daily
thought regime, your mind will slowly begin to adjust to a bright, colourful, positive mind set, and this, this is a step in the direction of becomming the best possible versions
of ourselves we can be.
