The next national park on the Grand Circle is Arches National Park, which is the sixth park in the circle. This park is known for having some of the best arch formations in the world and offers incredible stargazing and unique photography opportunities. The park is located very close to the town of Moab, which is a larger town with many places to eat, numerous hotels, and several camping options as well.
Within the National Park, there are hundreds of hiking opportunities along with a scenic drive that takes visitors near several of the famous arch formations. The National Park Service operates one small campground with minimal amenities and no RV hookups. If you are looking for additional camping or RV accommodations, the nearby campgrounds in Moab offer plenty of options for travelers.

The next national park on the Grand Circle is Petrified Forest National Park, which is the eighth park in the circle. Although it is one of the smaller parks in the Grand Circle, it is also one of the easiest to access. Located right off Interstate 40, it is very convenient to reach and makes for a beautiful park to drive through.
Petrified Forest National Park features an easy scenic drive that takes visitors through the Painted Desert. Along the route, there are many pull-offs for sightseeing, as well as areas for both short and longer hikes. There are no campgrounds or lodges inside the National Park; however, there are a few visitor centers, gift shops, and a small café available for visitors.
The next national park on the Grand Circle is Mesa Verde National Park, which is the ninth and final park in the circle. This National Park is home to some of the
the steepest cliff drops in America.
The National Park has a very nice campground located on the South Rim of the canyon that offers several amenities, including RV sites. This park is also considered one of the best places for stargazing, making it a great destination for anyone who enjoys viewing the night sky.
