WHAT GOD PUTS TOGETHER

friends and family who do everything they can to keep confusion brewing in the marriage but do nothing to encourage longevity? Maybe it is the media and entertainment industry that promotes and encourages infidelity. Whatever the cause or whomever is to blame, too many couples do not understand that marriage is a covenant between man and God and unless there is unfaithfulness in the marriage (reconciliation can still take place), both parties can do whatever it takes to keep the marriage together. It is not right to be so quick to lose patience with each other and divorce.

Likewise, ye husbands dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honor unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered (I Peter 3:7, KJV).

your marriage. Unless you are being beaten or the other party is being unfaithful, there is hope for your marriage. Ladies, if you are praying women, you have an ally. Tell God your concerns and He will handle the man. Gentleman, if you have issues with your wife, you may do the same, but make sure you are loving her and giving her the attention and affection, she deserves. God may put it back on you if you are not doing these things. He wants you to know that you are not in this alone and He will perfect your marriage if you allow Him.

But I want you to understand that Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman, and God is the head of Christ (I Corinthians 11:3, NASB).
