DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROFESSION AND PROFESSIONALISM
Profession
The profession is the profession that a person has and exercises publicly; requires study, training and empowerment. A profession is something that you decide to study and that's what you had to enter a school for in order to do it. In a profession you have to follow an order to be able to exercise it, either years of study or some other technique used.
Professionalism:
It is the quality of the one who exercises his profession, his activity, whatever it is, with capacity, seriousness and application.
The notion of professionalism relates, more than, to that of profession. The profession is a type of trade legitimately acquired by a person after a career in study or work that grants the skills, knowledge and skills specific to the chosen activity. The attitude of professionalism, of acting as a professional means that when exercising this task or activity, the person performs according to the parameters specifically established for it as well as according to general parameters of conduct morality.
