Mission:
Promote and promote the basic concepts that will govern the performance of the new guild, through the design and elaboration of a proposal on the new Law on the Exercise of Engineering and its Regulations, through the development of a harmonious set of mechanisms democratic participation of the members, facilitating organizational modalities necessary to develop a specialized opinion from the technological field, on the country's position in the face of the process of globalization, driving processes of evaluation and relaunch of the IVC's internal institutions, in order to strengthen our presence in the national technological movement, creating study centres dedicated to the development of topics of national interest.
Vision:
We want a College of Engineers, Architects and Afines, formed on the basis of a valid space for the development and integral growth of our professionals, where the spirit of solidarity prevails, respect for the amug and the Venezuelan Nation, with moral courage in the institutional, democratic and participatory, that guarantees the neatness of the administrative, based on a promoter vocation focused on the creation of a matrix of opinion on the most sensitive issues of the country, consolidating us as the fundamental catalyst in the process of economic and social development, performing it under the sign of specialization, allowing the emergence of a state promoter, scholar, tireless of our opportunities, which strengthens its own action in the health and justice education issues.
Objectives:
The main purposes of the Colegio de Ingenieros de Venezuela will have the following purposes:
To serve as a guardian of the public interest and act as an adviser to the State in matters within its competence.
Encourage the progress of science and technology.
Monitor professional practice and ensure the general interests of the professions it groups together and in particular for the dignity, rights and improvement of its members.
He may not carry out activities of a political, partisan or religious nature, or assume attitudes of the expressed nature.
