Berry Ripple Pavlova
Step 3: Add 2?3 tablespoons of berry
sauce and lightly ripple through the meringue
with a table knife.
Step 4: Dollop onto a baking tray lined
with greaseproof paper and spread around
piling up the meringue at the sides.
Step 5: Bake at 110°C for 1 hour. Leave to
cool in the oven with the door shut.
Step 6: Assembly
Peel the pavlova o? of the baking
sheet and place on a plate. Heat
the sauce and add the remaining
punnet of berries. Pile on top of
the meringue and serve. Feel free
to add some cream too!
