Ribagolfe Lakes
Ribagolfe Lakes provides a superb test of golf in a rural and natural setting only 30 minutes from Lisbon. Some fairways offer narrow corridors through the beautiful cork oak forest, placing emphasis on accuracy over power, while the oversized greens are typically well guarded by large bunkers. Ribagolfe Lakes measures 6,700 metres from the back tees and makes full use of the sweeping undulations of the landscape, providing many spectacular golf holes across valleys and around lakes. In fact, three of the par-5s bring water into play. Be careful.

A shorter test than its sibling but still measuring more than 6,200 metres, the newly named Ribagolfe Oaks( Ribagolfe II) is a great complement to Ribagolfe Lakes. Blessed with the same indigenous cork oak canvas, the course designers have crafted a more forgiving but equally appealing golf course with wider fairways and generous landing areas. The huge, moderately contoured greens, however, provide a stiff test if you’ re to score well.
