Architect Projects
It was also really good to work with
great architects and contractors which
are all based in the area; this project
has helped to put Lincolnshire on the
map and proved once again what we’re
all capable of.”
Commissioned in 2016, it was the first
home in Lincolnshire to be brought
forward under Paragraph 79, a clause
that allows for exceptional design in
rural areas. The owners moved into the
modern four bed home this spring.
The home looks out onto an ancient
monument called “the Barrow” and
was built using a concrete frame with
durable cladding which is designed to
rust as it’s exposed to the elements.

The home features 18 metre long
sliding doors, offering impressive views
over the natural landscape.
